HR and Administrative Assistant

Seeking an HR and Administrative Assistant in a Full-Time capacity.  Candidate will provide a wide variety of HR, administrative, IT and general office support to all Departments. This person must be able to perform a combination of clerical and administrative duties under minimal supervision, using communication skills to confer with employees at all levels within the organization, and perform a large volume of work requiring a high degree of accuracy.  

Responsibilities

·         Perform administrative duties including processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, scanning, filing, answering phones, shipping, maintaining office supply inventory and other duties as assigned.

·         Provide administrative support to HR including recruiting, benefits, onboarding, new hire forms and information, training, updating and maintaining Employee Center SharePoint site, and recordkeeping.

·         Assist with IT onboarding and coordinate with our IT consultant to resolve computer related issues.

·         Provide administrative support to Marketing, Contracts and Accounting departments as needed.

·         Support all departments in creation or revision of electronic forms.

·         Maintain inventory of office, office machine and break room supplies.

·         Secondary support to maintain staff calendar and employee contact list.

·         Assist with travel research and booking as needed for flight and car rental options.

·         Assist in planning and execution of special events as needed.

Requirements

·         1 -5 years related experience and associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred; additional education or work experience may be substituted.

·         Intermediate or expert level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe and Acrobat.

·         Tech savvy, solid understanding and previous work experience in SharePoint preferred.

·         Demonstrate excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

·         Must be organized and detail oriented.

·         High Integrity.

·         Notary Public a plus.
